A medical supplier, a practitioner and a doctors' group so far, all in South Africa. Each arrived with the same problem: a letterhead, a card and an email signature made at different times that no longer agreed. Each left with a system rather than a logo. Open a mark to see the work.

The glass on this page went through the same gate: four pairs measured, one refused, and the refused one is never used.

Start with the audit: R3,500, about a week, and it comes off the price of whatever you build within 30 days. Two fixed packages follow it, and a monthly plan looks after the result.
The reconciliation table, a sacred / tired / broken split, and measured contrast on the palette you already have.
Credited in full against any identity booked within 30 daysLockups, submark, measured palette, type system, card, letterhead, signature, favicon set, eight-page guidelines, full build package.
Fixed scope, for practicesEverything above, plus a pattern system, full stationery suite, social templates, presentation master and extended guidelines.
Built to brief, any sectorBrand Care: reserved hours, a response time, and a guideline refresh on a schedule. One, two or four hours a month, every tier below the hourly rate.
See Brand CareA fixed scope with fixed counts, a fixed price and a fixed date, agreed before the work starts. Two rounds on a Practice Identity, three on an Identity System, and a question never uses a round. Paid in three parts, so the cost sits across the project instead of landing in one month.
One person, part-time, remote. Capacity is limited and said so up front, which is what makes a fixed date a real one. Four things are never sold, whatever the brief.
