Three ways in, and a fourth that looks after the result. Start with the audit.

Brand Audit R3,500 · Practice Identity R19,500 · Identity System R38,000 · Brand Care from R750 a month

Three ways in

The audit is the entry point: R3,500, about a week, one 45-minute call, and everything you already use laid side by side so the disagreements show. Book an identity within 30 days and the R3,500 comes off the price in full. A Practice Identity is a fixed package for a practice; an Identity System is built to brief for any sector. Both come as a full build package: PDF, SVG and PNG, with CMYK companions for print, and every typeface open licence, so there is nothing to buy, ever.

What you are comparing

A designer will build you a logo, a card and a letterhead for R4,000 to R7,800, and that is a fair price for what it is. The difference is not taste. Every line below is something you can check in the files you are handed.

À la carte

Not every practice needs the package. A website is its own line, sold alone or beside an identity and quoted per project. Smaller pieces are priced on their own, and collateral by the hour is set above every package rate on purpose, so the package is the cheaper way to buy.

  1. Pitch deck or presentation from R8,500
  2. Standalone email signature R2,800
  3. Social template set R5,500
  4. Collateral R850 per hour
  5. A website quoted per project

Once the brand is built

An identity generated from a build keeps working after delivery: a new size, a new colourway or a new stationery item is a rebuild from source, not a redraw. Brand Care reserves the hours for that each month, with a response time and a guideline refresh on a schedule. It is quoted on the final invoice of every identity, and sold on its own to a practice whose brand was built elsewhere, after an audit.

What is not included

Every proposal states fixed counts: two lockups, one submark, eight pages of guidelines, never "whatever you need". A further round, work outside the scope, or a change after approval is a change order, written and priced before it starts, at R850 per hour. Four things sit outside every package.

  1. Patient dataand any system that touches it
  2. On-site workanywhere
  3. A logo on its own
  4. Compliance adviceWording that looks regulated is flagged and confirmed by you in writing before it is drawn. The flag is not advice.
  5. Typefaces, stock and printing at costpassed through at cost, never marked up
