One route in. The audit is the enquiry: R3,500, about a week, credited in full against any identity booked within 30 days.
Send three things: the practice or company name, whatever you already have (a logo file, a letterhead, a card), and a sentence on what is bothering you about it. Studio Nebula replies within two business days with a booking for the audit, or a straight "not a fit" and the reason. The audit reviews everything you supply and produces the reconciliation table, one row per piece, one column per attribute, the disagreements computed from the files; then one 45-minute call to walk through it.

A booking form follows once its consent wording is in place. What you send is used for the reply and the audit and nothing else; the privacy notice says how it is kept.
Four things are outside every engagement, so a request for one gets the same answer as a "not a fit": straight, and with the reason.
